Big time Super Bowl win for your program. When does Auburn unveil the title banner for this huge victory?

I suspected you of being an alter for coachcrisp, but this proves you are even stupider than he is.

Bammer winning a conference championship in 2011 is news to everybody else

Earned.

Seriously, though... Other than Florida, who has more than 6?

I don't know why so many of y'all got so bent out of shape over the guy's post. He merely made the comment that with Alabama's success on the field and inordinate number of players drafted its hard to believe the Tide hasn't produced a good NFL QB in the last 30 yrs or so.

Yep. The SEC rantards turn it into some sort of personal attack.

Many teams have more wins

Only 4 in the SEC have more wins during this period, which includes the worst era in Bama football history.

Many teams have more conference championships

Only Florida

Many teams have more undefeated seasons

We've had 2 and won 2 National Championships.
Auburn has had 3 and won 1 national championship.

Who else has had more than 2 undefeated seasons during that stretch?

quote:

Many teams have winning records head to head

vs Auburn (13-14)
vs Arkansas (16-7)
vs Florida (8-8)
vs Georgia (5-4)
vs Kentucky (8-1)
vs LSU (16-11)
vs Ole Miss (21-4)
vs Mississippi State (21-6)
vs Missouri (2-0)
vs South Carolina (5-4)
vs Tennessee (17-10)
vs Texas A&M (3-1)
vs Vanderbilt (18-0)

Auburn is the only school in the entire conference that has beaten us more than we've beaten them during that stretch - and that's only a 1 game margin.

So basically, you're just full of shite about pretty much everything you said.

That's impressive

I am an AU alum, fan, etc.

I also recognize facts for what they are. The truth is Alabama has had many very good players and coaches.

Is college football limited to only SEC teams? I even mentioned that even Louisiana Tech has a winning record against bammer since the late 1990's

Three schools have had three quarterbacks start a Super Bowl, tied for the most of any school:
Alabama (Joe Namath, Ken Stabler, Bart Starr)
Notre Dame (Daryle Lamonica, Joe Montana and Joe Theismann)
Purdue (Drew Brees, Len Dawson and Bob Griese)

Only if you take forfeits into account.

1992: Alabama beat La. Tech 13-0 (1-0)
1993: Alabama beat La. Tech 56-3 (2-0)
1997: La. Tech beat Alabama 26-20 (2-1)
1999: La. Tech beat Alabama 29-28 (2-2)

The series is tied at .500 on the field since 1990. Despite the forfeit, however, that game in 1993 did take place.

Here are the highlights if you don't believe me: LINK

You missed his "out". He said the LATE 90's. Never underestimate an auburn fan's ability to arbitrarily define the scope of the argument.

What didnt you understand about the late 1990's? Yes I changed the date, but I still specifically stated that in my post

Yeah but Lamonica did not win a Super Bowl so only Bama and Purdue have three Super Bowl WINNING QBs

Oh the irony of an au fan calling another program lucky

And 1963 was the last time Ole Miss won the SEC. That's 52 years. I'll take not having a QB win an NFL game since '87 and winning multiple championships over that any day.

You're the one who brought up conference championships.

Auburn has a losing record to Vanderbilt since the mid 2000's and a losing record overall.
