This is looking on point. Complete with Amphitheater, New Pavilion, Bridges, Improved Landscaping, and Premium Tailgate Hook Ups.

Looks great, but they should tear down the President's House as well. It would add some vital space.

Should probably make it vertical IMHO IYAM.

Also, those images appear to have been made with Microsoft Flight Simulator on MS DOS.

Not that much. Because of the Permanent University Fund, and the $18 billion or so tied to it, we have a lot of our endowment earmarked for capital expenditure projects.
