We did that State all the time would call the number to the visitors bullpen and would call them from the bleachers.

This has to be fake. All they had to do was rewind the DVR and call the dude in the next room and pretend like he was a coach.

A&M has used handheld radios for several years in the bullpen and on the road. If it is real it is very old.

Far, Far, Far from being close to the greatest prank ever. Do a search for Harvard, Yale, etc pranks.

quote:

On the night before the Yellow Jackets were set to arrive in Auburn for an 1896 game (yes, 1896), Auburn students greased the train tracks leading in and out of the local station. When Georgia Tech's train came into town, it skidded through town and didn't stop for five more miles. The GT football team had to make the trek back to town, then went on to lose, 45-0.

quote:

The police car “hack”—as such projects are known at MIT—is generally regarded as the gold standard for a tradition of campus pranks that goes back at least as far as the 1890s. That was when students at Auburn University began greasing the local railroad tracks every time the Georgia Tech football team came to town. Year after year, the trains slid past the station, forcing the visiting players to trek several miles back to the station, until school administrators were forced to intervene.

In 1896 now Auburn University was known as Agricultural and Mechanical College and changed their name to Alabama Polytechnic Institute in 1899.

I see your point. But unfortunately, even with your horrible spelling, you will have to look it up, if possible. If someone thinks the fake A&M BS is the best prank ever, they should just continue to think that and take a long nap.
