The first SEC Thunderdome occurs this weekend in Dallas.

2 coaches enter, at least one leaves after the season.
The losing coach of the A&M v. Arkansas game this Saturday will NOT be the head coach of their team for the 2018 football season.
Whichever coach loses this game will be a dead man walking.
If the Aggies lose, Kevin Sumlin will likely be fired the week of the SEC championship game. If the Razorbacks lose, Bret Bielema will be fired the first week of 2018.

You're stuck with Fatboy for awhile. That buyout is more than his grocery bills in the last 3 years.

Bert's buyout is $15.4M now, $11.7M in 2018, $7.9M in 2019 and $4M in 2020.
They won't fire him before 2018, but they will shitcan his arse in January with another A&M loss and fewer than 8 total wins.
P.S. If he can't beat A&M this year, the only SEC win that's possible is Missouri.
