From a drill standpoint sure, it looks cool (very repetitive though). But from a sound standpoint? Definitely not. I have a couple former students in the Aggie Band and they can't stand how most of the band plays and sounds on the field. Also, the Freshmen get treated like absolute crap.

Yet they were told they could not play at LSU game this year because some bullshite band is playing. College bands are a big part of of college football and it is rare that bands even offer to travel any more. Crazy to run off a band that wants to make the trip to your stadium. Another first at LSU.

I hate our band. Our halftime shows are always tributes to singers who were big 40 or 50 years ago.

But I agree with the result. I'm surprised USC beat Ohio State for the same reason I'm not surprised A&M won.

The best bands in the south are at Jacksonville State University and Troy.
