Because if 2013 was "down" then the East has always been down expect for 3 or 4 seasons.

That's crazy talk Kilo. 2013 was totally a down year for the East. It only had 2 teams that finished in the AP Top 5 and only 4 out of 7 teams that won at least 8 games. How much more down can it get?
