The Dak Attack - NFL Draft Projections?

I saw an article when searching for this and a draft projection. Obviously this isn't enough for a sample size so I come to tSECr this morning beseeching Grinders for more intel on this subject.
It appears a lot of folks-early on at least-are not high on the Dak when it comes to him translating as a player to the next level.
Seems to me like he's a much more polished player than Timmy T coming out of UF. His mechanics and his ability to stay with the pass more consistently to attack defenses when the play breaks down is definitely superior.
Most would agree that NE's OC-who was the DEN HC at the time-overdrafted Tebow as a 1st Round Pick. But the links I saw were that The Dak was only around the 5th best QB coming out after this season.
I saw Hackenberg and Jones ranked higher. I might agree with Hackenberg, but WTF can say Cardale Jones-with what, a three game sample size?-is better than a guy who will have close to 30 starts in his career barring injury after this year's done?
So what say you, Grinders and NFL Draftniks? Where is The Dak going to go in the Draft, and what do you think is his minimum floor and highest ceiling in the League?

Don't care; wish the NFL would cease to exist...

He's lost some weight so I'll be interested to see if he moves better in the pocket and have a smoother delivery.

hackenberg will likely be the number 1 overall

Hackenberg is straight trash

Should be a fairly QB heavy draft this year. Lots of QBs in the Big 10 and PAC 12

interesting. guess you don't like watching college football either, then. if the NFL ceased to exist, all these great athletes you get to watch on Saturdays in the fall would be playing a different sport the presented the opportunity to play professionally

Hackenberg is higly overrated, he's the Nkemdiche of the draft highly ranked prospect, he has 0 accuracy but a strong arm, Connor Cook of Michigan state is sort of trash too, Geoff lacks arm strength and Kessler same, There is no can't miss prospect in the qb section next year, and tbh there hasn't been any really good qb since Luck, RW and RT, it appears that college qb's are really getting worse.

I'm pretty apathetic about the NFL as a fan, but I'm not ignorant enough to say I wish it didn't exist. College football wouldn't get the best athletes in the country every year if it didn't exist

What are your specific complaints about Cook?
Jones has the measurables you just can't teach. He's a legit 6'5'' 250. That is one of the main reasons he is thought of. Strong arm, good movement, and has 3 game sample against 3 good teams
Someone said scouts often look at the games against ranked opponents more critically, so Jones has 3 against ranked opponents, and he looked pretty good in all of them

I would honestly draft Barrett and Jones before either Cook or Hackenberg, Cook has 0 arm strength and his accuracy is touchy, I mean he completed almost 57% of his passes, he's going to be 23 before his first game so its not like he has upside.
Check this out, his stats against good defenses,. Ohio St, Michigan, Nebraska, Penn St, Maryland and Baylor 50.2% comp rate, 7td's 5int's, in that Baylor game people say he won them that game, truth is they won that game despite him, he's a 3rd round pick for me.
