I’m a Bama fan in case you didn’t notice the other 13,000 posts.

That's why they'd be 1 and 3. We would need a lot of one loss teams to lose but it could happen.

Who gives a shite if you are bama fan?! No one asked you your affiliation nor do we care. Beat it, Turd.

he play off committee really doesn't want two teams from the same conference in the playoffs. Especially since, and we are one of those teams, much of the rest of the SEC stinks on ice this year.

I really think the real issue is that you already had these 2 teams play in the SECCG at a neutral site. You only get "neutral" sites at most of the conference title games. Experts easily could say today Auburn is still better than LSU because they barely lost at LSU (like people said about OSU last year).

I think there is a better chance for two teams from the same division to get in than the loser of a conference title game. If Auburn only had a loss to Clemson and Bama only had a loss to Auburn for example

Would need to be a really close game for that to work out. And perhaps a bit controversial so a portion of the country feels like Bama was jipped.

It'd have to be very controversial. Outside of the state of Alabama, I can't imagine there would be much national sympathy for a Bama loss. The country fatigues pretty quickly when one team is dominant for so long, and that would be working against Bama.

Did many of you forget why we have the playoff in the first place? They aren't letting 2 SEC teams in. It just isn't going to happen.

In that scenario the media darling Notre Dame would edge us out even though we beat them
