Don't get me wrong, this board is predicated on laughing at other fan bases. I've enjoyed laughing at Ole Miss as much as anyone, but I'm not doing some statistical analysis regarding what Ole Miss could be up to regarding the NCAA.

Only Kiffin was taken off the road, and that is not a good thing for yall. If you notice, the two former coaches that were listed in the NOA have already been fired from their new jobs after leaving OM, but all the coaches listed that didn't leave OM are still on staff. #ALLIN

This is extremely well thought out and calculated, and all the Ole Piss fans have to say is "lol yea right."

So let's hear it Webels, if you don't agree with the this info, then lets see you pick it apart.

I understand the logic of the conclusions, however there is one critical factor failed to be considered.

You cannot expect the NCAA to be consistent.

riiiiiight. If your sources are reputable then you aren't speaking objectively or through bias. You're sharing information from people in the know.

doubt it. That dominated headlines for a long time.

Struck a nerve. We all know that MSU fans care more about whatever Ole Miss is up to than their own program. It really is one of the saddest things in the SEC.

Yeah, no clue what he is talking about. That's just simply ridiculous. Even if Ole Miss was paying recruits $1,000,000 each for their signature, it would never compare to coaches raping children and the administration knowing about it and not doing anything.

All State fans want OM to get hammered, and rightfully so, they have been cheating and stealing recruits from us for years. However, 99.99% of us realize that in the grand scheme of things, paying recruits is not actually illegal in life, but just illegal in a game.

Cheating to get recruits should NEVER be compared to raping young children. That's when fandom has gone too far.

However, the NCAA raping OM is fine.

Best estimate because it's what you and your elite dawgs jerk off to? Won't even be half that bad.

I'm not sure he's that far off base.

Look at what USC got
30 scholarships over 3 years and 2year bowl ban

Ole Miss' charges are probably worse than USC's considering it was continuous through 2 coaching staffs

Yeah. It was the good kind of sidomizing with your finger while the victim is being held down. What's bad is the player is considered one of the most popular players on OMs team. They love him.

It's ok, I know you can't look at that objectively and conclude that there is absolutely no way that OM only gets 12-18 scholarship reductions. ULL got 11 for the exact same thing yall did, but only had 1 coach involved and fired him immediately. Yall had 3 coaches involved and Nix is still on staff. Can you admit that yall will get atleast 12 for the ACT stuff but most like upwards of 15 or 16?

MSU got 4 scholarships for a recruit getting $2500 in discounts on a car, this is while we immediately fired the coach, self reported and cooperated fully, the NCAA then accepted our self imposed penalties of 4 scholies. Yall gave about $2000 in free car loans to Tunsil before getting caught by the NCAA and told Tunsil to stop and the OM administration to monitor it. BUT Tunsil went on to recieve about $5000 more in free car loans after getting caught and the ole Miss administration did nothing about it. If MSU got 4 scholarships docked, can you agree that ole miss would at least have to get double that but possibly even upwards of 10-12 schollies docked for that? This is only considering the Tunsil car loans and not the other 2 level I violations concerning him and his family recieving $3000 more from boosters.

All of the above is reasonable, can you agree? That's 20-28 scholarships right there, without even including a Failure to monitor level II violation and a level I violation involving a booster, recruits, 3 assistant coaches and Freeze.

They don't give punishment based on each line item bro. They'll look at it all and take about 18 schollies. Maybe an asst. getting a game or two suspension over 4 years.

I know you really want the NCAA to leverage the maximum penalty for each individual infraction, but that's not going to happen whether I'm objective or not.

Actually, how can you even bring up objectivity when you prefaced your first post about it being biased?

OM will be Cited with "Lack of Institutional Control" and "Failure to Monitor".

My guess at the Penalties:

Loss of 25 Scholarships over 5 years with no more than 80 on scholarship during that span.
5 years probation.
1 year post season bowl ban.
Involved coaches anointed with "show cause".
