The bear and the whore

In the 5th grade at Paradise Elementary in Pineville I was responsible for putting the flag up every day. In January 1983 when Bear Bryant died, I raised the flag at half mast because my father taught me right....I knew that LSU's position in the college football world was somewhat define by what Alabama did, I respected that.


Today, the Gumps are lead by someone who deserves no respect. The equivalent of a prostitute. I feel dirty that LSU won a championship with him. I can somewhat respect the dirt road alumni that became Alabama fans with the state was only known otherwise for a governor at the school house door and Bull Connor dogs (not cause I agree with the latter...but because I don't believe that all supported that).

But I can't abide the modern day "Wal Mart" alumns who bought a t-shirt because the won a game.

Bama fans - if you want my respect, then say Saban is a pos and pathetic human being who doesn't even deserve to be mention in the same sentence as the Bear.
