11. Louisville, loses to unranked Kentucky
13. Auburn, loses to Alabama
15. Florida, loses to FSU
16. Nebraska, loses to unranked Iowa
17. Tennessee, loses to unranked Vandy
19. Boise State, loses to unranked Air Force
20. Houston, loses to unranked Memphis
22. Utah, loses to Colorado
23. Washington State, loses to Washington

Can't wait for the committee to find a bunch of 9-3 teams to put above Western Michigan though. That'll be fun.

Why is everyone so bent out of shape about Western Michigan

Their best win is Northwestern? Or maybe the only good conference game they had all year against Toledo?

Look a team from outside the power 5 can get in. They just have to play somebody. If Houston would have gone undefeated this year THEY WOULD BE IN THE PLAYOFFS.

I don't want WMU in the playoffs, but I want them to make it to a NY6 bowl. The way the committee continually doesn't move them from 21, and even moving them down sometimes for winning, makes it easy for a team like Navy to come in and steal the NY6 bowl from them.

Call me a purist, but if you play your schedule and go undefeated, you deserve something.

Honestly, it would seem poor form to keep them out of the New Year's Six.

Navy has two more games left, and WMU has one, so honestly, it could happen.

Depends on how much they move WMU up with 7 teams losing ahead of them.

The highest ranked non-P5 conference champion team is automatically in the Cotton Bowl.

I know. Which is why it is important that the committee moves them up, as Navy just put up like 70 points and has two games left, while WMU has 1.

Look no further than Boise State being ahead of WMU with a loss. The committee doesn't like WMU.

There's nothing saying you can't have a 2nd G5 team in, only that one has an auto bid. I doubt they'd do it because $$$ though

Yea wonder who sneaks back in. LSU with 4 losses is probably back in? Iowa maybe?
