That should be the order of finish as well.

Only three? That's boring. Mariota, Cooper, Gordon. Obvious order.

My only problem really is that one of those depends ALMOST solely on QB play. I can't remember Amari Cooper dropping more than like 3 passes this year.

Pretty sure he dropped more passes than that in the LSU game alone.

Likely. Could be interesting though when you look at the voting regions:

Far West - Mariota
Mid Atlantic - Likely a decent split between MM, AC & Gordon
Mid West - Gordon
Northeast - MM & Gordon split
South - Cooper & MM
Southwest - Cooper & MM

Mariota will have the most 1st place votes, but regionally you'll see Cooper & Gordon get a lot of 1st place votes too. The trophy will likely go to the guy with the most 2nd place votes (I realize how odd that sounds), and I think that will be MM.

I would have agreed prior to Gordon getting completely shut down by Ohio State. Now I think Cooper comes in second to Mariota.

Believed Cooper and Gordon should be right there with Mariota, and thought Gordon would have deserved to win it if he had another amazing game against Ohio State. But after that demolition and "meh" performances by both, I have to admit the obvious choice is Marcus Mariota.

The funniest thing to come out of the voting will be Jameis Winston with one first place vote.

eta - Are you allowed to vote yourself?

Come to Alabama, 5 star WR's. You too, can actually go to NYC for the Heisman Ceremony.

He's been targeted like 150 times and has dropped no more than 10 passes all year long, if that.

Yea, you basically have no shot to win it, if you aren't a QB. Coop has absolutely no shot to win it, for no reason, other than being a WR.

Mariota by a landslide.. Not taking anything from Amari Cooper but he is a WR. Only two WR have won and they returned kicks, punts etc...

He was floating around 68-70% catch rate, which is pretty decent.
