Let us not forget Kentucky's failure too.

And, LSU...that wasn't a good win. You should be thanking God that your team didn't lose. In terms of national perception, y'all failed simply because you allowed a shitty Big 12 team push you to the brink.

Meanwhile, Bama didn't even hit 100 rushing on VT. #206 total yards.... LOL

Olympus has fallen.

Georgia usually chokes when they are expected to win. I dunno if it's Richt, or what.

You obviously don't understand the SEC landscape yet. KY losing did nothing to hurt the SEC, UGA does this on a regular basis. It's week one, the final week is what counts.

Mizzou represented for 3 of 4 quarters. If we had played the first quarter, the score would have been 86 - 0.

But we shouldn't brag. No one loses to FCS teams...right? Those are gimme games.

How is playing a top 20 team at a neutral site with the second best defensive minded coach in the nation not a good win?

A win is a win...but mighty LSU should've stomped the shite out of lowly TCU.

I thought the Big 12 was about equal to FCS conferences. At least that's what LSU fans have smacked talked about forever.

Now all of the sudden a mediocre Big 12 team is a worthy win.

Lame.

We should've scheduled Murray State instead.

TBoyd can play football. Alabama would have trouble with him but of course they don't have to play Clemson or any team with juice outside the SEC West.

It's what Richt does. Hell, Georgia lost in the freaking Georgia Dome to Boise effing State a few years ago, which kickstarted ESPN's annual "durrrrr Boise should play for the BCS title durrrr" parade.

That's EXACTLY what I mean. Georgia can win when they are the underdog. But when treated as a favorite, they choke. They belong in the Big12.

didn't the reigning big 12 champion just lose to an FCS team?

Yes. Which means that LSU barely beat an FCS quality team...logically speaking of course.
