We should revisit your "How Jealous of LSU are you" thread.

No reason at all for you to be nice man. LSU is not a fricking tournament team. No way.

If starting shitty threads and making yourself look like a fool paid, you'd be rich.

bullshite, you have the talent to beat anyone in the nation.

Gotta knock down free throws. Not a Jones fan but it's never his fault on the free throw line.

We have to go 4-1 and win a game in the SECt. Probably lose to Tenn and UK, finish 3-2
and get ousted first round in the SECt

Well to me, as hot as your team is, this was a must win game at home for LSU. A lot of games we play with no hustle and no heart. To say that we have a frustrating team would be a huge understatement.

Not unless they make a sudden turnaround. The worst RPI to ever get an at large bid is #67. Since 2010 the worst RPI is #56. LSU's RPI just dropped to #82. If LSU makes the tournament and continues playing like they are, the only reason is because the committee wants #25 in the tournament.

While the 20 win mark is greatly overrated in college basketball, I think it is LSU's magic number to be sure of getting in. IF LSU should go 3-2 and lose in the first round of the SEC tournament, not only will they not make it, imo, but they really wouldn't deserve to make it. I would think most rational LSU fans would agree.

Always said this would be the bump to get them over if it is close.

Why would 20 wins ensure LSU a spot? It's a 68 team tournament with 37 at large bids. How on earth is a team that currently has an RPI of 82 going to get one of 37 at large bids? If you look at this objectively and forget the fact that the #1 pick plays for them, LSU likely needs to win the SEC tournament or make it to the finals.

Simmons might be the least entertaining #1 pick I've ever seen. It's pretty obvious that he's amazing and/or will be amazing, but right now his game is so boring. There are about 3 plays per game where I think, "holy shite he's unstoppable, why doesn't he do that every time down?" And for the rest of the game he spends his time backing guys down for 2 dribbles and passing. He should have dominated tonight. Seems like he has such hollow scoring numbers.
