If it weren't for those two conferences this would be a shite weekend for college football!

I'll agree that Clemson, UNC, and VT showed some nuts. I respect that. Besides that, screw that pansy conference

Only UNC really went out on a limb. Clemson is at home and Virginia Tech would only travel to a neutral site to get shite kicked. The Big however many is playing State and LSU, so they get some credit too.

There are some pretty good matchups between shitty teams this week. I am having trouble picking some games.

UNC did not 'go out on a limb'. We had agreed to a home and home back in '05 and '06. We traveled up to Chapel Hill and beat them and they never came back to Columbia. If anything, it was their fault for waiting this long to play us again because we are much better than we were back then.

Only if you don't understand the point would you make an irrelevant stupid point. They agreed to a home and home which is out on a limb, dumbshit.

We sucked dick back when we originally agreed on our home and home and they did not expect us to beat them, especially up there. When we did, they backed out every year until now.

Clemson/UGA is a home and home as well.

I agree, that's an interesting match up. I think Boise rolls though.

That's true, and if Clemson fulfills there end of the home and home, they will have gone out on a limb.

They will, Lord knows they'd never hear the end of it if they didn't, but this isn't really them "going out on a limb" IYAM. UGA and CU try to play one series a decade or so, are old rivals, and it just so happens both are top 10 this year.

Those goofs shouldn't get credit for playing an old rival but that's just me. I also would like to see both teams play more often and I liked the idea floated in the past of making CU/UGA a spring game match up

Western Michigan @ Michigan State
Buffalo @ Ohio State
Massachusetts @ Wisconsin
Southern Illinois @ Illinois

Eastern Washington @5 Oregon State
Boise State @ Washington
Nevada @ 21 UCLA

I actually favor the ACC over any other non-SEC conference.

Love the Duke-UNC basketball history

Visited Clemson for the A&M game in 2005 and wouldn't hesitate attending there if I had to do college all over again.

Have respect for run FSU had between 1987-2000, a run that will never be matched.

See a lot of historical similarities between A&M & VT.

I cannot stand B1G football, the West Coast doesn't care about football, and the Big 12 is a two team conference with only 1 basketball school.

Makes matters worse by being the worst OOC scheduler of the Big 5 conferences.

Not saying who is better or worse, just saying who has the balls to schedule better.

40% : 4 of 10 B12 teams do not play a single Big 5 opponent OOC (Baylor, Kansas, Kansas State, and Texas Tech)
80% : 8 of 10 B12 teams do not play a Top 25 team (LSU plays TCU and Oklahoma plays Notre Dame)
100% : 10 of 10 B12 teams do not play multiple Big 5 teams

14.3% : 2 of 14 ACC teams do not play a single Big 5 opponent OOC (NC State and Duke)
28.6% : 4 of 14 ACC teams do not play a Top 25 team (Maryland, NC State, Duke, and Wake Forest)
71.4% : 10 of 14 ACC teams do not play multiple Big 5 type teams

Maybe a stupid thought, but does anyone think that clemson and fsu are worse teams because they play worse schedules year round? Playing down to the competetions level.

Not sure of that as much as easy wins during the season can mean upsets in the post season. If you have a weak conference you need to beef up the OOC games to be better prepared at the end. At least the ACC from top to bottom are scheduling better OOC. In the B12 only Oklahoma seems unafraid to schedule well OOC. TCU has yet to be seen as a B12 member as they scheduled the LSU game before they moved.
