We need a solid replacement for when Nick Saban retires, and we're too good a program to hire a coordinator into his first head coaching job (no offense).

So thanks for getting our guy some experience before we need to call him back.

The only reason Smart leaves his alma mater is if he only wins 9.6 games per year and gets shown the door.

But don't worry, Dabo has plenty of experience.

I think he is talking about us taking Richt after Saban retires (Richt was a coordinator before UGA).

I'd like the hire if I was UGA. Smart will be a beast recruiting and has learned under the dark lord. You could have done much worse. Good luck
