IMO the issue isn't passing on Herman (frick that for that kind of money). It's falling back on Coach O without having a decent coaching search to gauge interest from some quality, proven HCs.

I would normally agree, but they're the ones who fired Les Miles 4 games into the season. If you're going to do that, you can't end the year by removing Ed-fricking-Orgeron's interim tag.
