The quality might not be as good as it was, but the aura, excitement and feel of a Texas hs game is second to none.

It's got to suck to be an Aggie and have to constantly dick ride irrelevant shite because your team hasn't accomplished anything since before World War 2.

Saw a report the other day that showed that athletics participation OVERALL in Texas was up, football participation was declining. Why so?

You do realize other high schools in the country play football too
Largest in the country (yes, it is not in TX)
Pretty much anywhere 2 catholic schools meet helps but put it a few hours from South Bend and you get this.
