The national media hasn't caught onto Donovan Wilson yet. He has been a real difference maker on defense. It must be getting hard for our coaches to keep him off the field. He and Mathieu were both "play-makers" for Chavis. Chavis even made a reference to both of them recently.
--Mathieu had 59 tackles, 3 sacks, 2 Ints, and 5 FF in 13 games.
--Wilson already has 29 tackles, 2 sacks, 2 Ints, 3 FF, and 1 FR in only 5 games this season!

Now that Chavis is at A&M, they are the new DBU and thus hold the rights to the "Honey Badger" moniker

1. Those are respectable stats, but the season doesn't get easier as it progresses. Your remaining schedule will likely produce less spectacular stats than what's behind you.
2. And most important. Stats can't tell the story of Tyrann Mathieu. You had to watch it. It seemed like all of his plays came at just the right time and had game-changing implications. I've never seen a player like that.

What A&M fans fail to understand is that Mathieu was the difference maker for two years. He was the heart of the defense and set the edge on every play. He was the corner stone.
That guy for A&M is Myles Garrett.

Now now, let's be realistic. It is mainly aTm and ole piss.
