Dropping the male (tra, la, la's) for some female cheerleaders would be a good start. That one change might have a compounding effect. aTm becomes less of a destination school for all of the closet homo's, the jig jar becomes less useful (or acceptable), and the opportunities to make fun of them are significantly reduced. While the solution seems simple, I'd expect that all of the old chicken hawks in your alumni base would never stand for it. Bring back the official bon-fire too...that's something that I'd personally like to witness.
