I was surprised to learn their national titles all came before 1940. I know they are a top program in terms of all-time wins and tradition. Why haven't the Aggies won more recent titles? Pre-Sumlin, did the A&M culture offend top players? What is the deal?

TAMU was pretty good in the old SIAA. It could be when they moved back and joined the SWC they had to take a back seat to Texas. That could kill any program. TCU and SMU had some MNC's before WWII if memory serves.

They allowed girls to attend.

Aggies protested that decision by sucking most of the time.

At least own up to your trolls. Making an alter for this? Just sad.

You are new here so you probably don't realize just how successful their program has been....just ask them. I remember, back in '03, they were close to setting a record against Oklahoma
