Some expert guy on the issue dissecting the issue right now. I said yesterday the issue would be fresh ammo for Finebaum today. Bingo.
Update: Expert guy says this whole thing started last year when A&M lost two five star QBs.
Good Lord! Finebaum is lambasting the interviewee, wow.

Fairly certain this is the recruiting expert Finebaum has on right now.
Aggie homer and writer for the Houston Chronicle.
You have to wonder why Moorehead would lash out at a kid Aggie didn't want anyways.

Tate's dad just did an interview where he says that A&M had stopped communicating with the Martells months ago and that our new OC would t even talk to them on their visits to campus.
Tate's dad says he believes Mazsone did not want and wouldn't have used Tate.

Losing those QBs was a symptom, not the genesis. This whole thing started when A&M hired Sumlin.
My Aggy neighbors have said all along that Sumlin's players lack discipline, which accounts for their lack of on-field preparation.
The rest of the SECW should hope Sumlin stays in College Station for life.

The kid got the message. The Ags were cooling on him as a player. Kid made the right call.

Really he writes for the San Antonio Express-News which is a partner paper for the Houston Comical. He's like the rest of the Comical / Depressed-News -- thinks he knows so much and knows so little. He just wants to stay in Sumlin's good graces so he can keep getting inside information.

If you pay attention to Brent Z., you know that he is NOTHING CLOSE to an A&M homer. He usually writes articles in a way that is critical and resentful towards the Ags. So, this comment is surprising to be sure.

The national recruiting writers were saying that A&M would actually benefit from getting rid of Martell.
I think the Netherly loss is bigger, but that writing has been on the wall too.

He might have been referring to the other decommit, WR Netherly.

Wow. And no one told Moorehead this.

Yeah, because we were such a powerhouse before Sumlin.
