I guess I just don't get this. It really shows that Tennessee greatly overachieved this past season if we are using draft picks as a metric.

It's Dooley leftovers. And I think they'll try Byrd at WR first. We need more help there and he could get immediate playing time there but I don't know if that will be his permanent home.
