@CFBLiveNews: TCU to announce they are hosting a camp alongside Bama, Ohio State, and USC.
Saban quick to take advantage of the new rule.
This will be a big time camp with Bama, OSU, and USC there. TCU is pretty much just giving us a place to steal thier best recruits..

TCU is there to pick up the unwanted scraps

Why do these camps need multiple teams to run them? I would think a school would get more out of running one themselves.

Will attract more kids. Some 5*s and highly rated 4*s may not want to come out if it is just TCU

Jim Harbaugh is inevitably going to regret pushing this idea. Kids aren't choosing not to play in the Big 10 because of a lack of exposure. They're choosing not to play in the Big 10 because the Big 10 is weak right now compared to the SEC. Him pushing this agenda is going to do nothing more than give the SEC more national exposure.

Is this Saban & Urbs way of saying frick you Harbaugh?

Jim Harbaugh is worried about Michigan, who is a perennial top recruiting team in the nation. Even Hoke consistently had top tier recruiting classes, the results just didn't show on the field.
I would say Harbaugh has nothing to lose, only to gain here. Especially since Michigan isn't known for its in-state recruits.

Saban had a much better response than Freeze as to why these campus are trouble. They created the bump rule because of Saban. These camps will blur that line.
And by having multiple schools involved, it no only makes the camp more appealing, but is less work for one school. This will allow them to have more campus than they would otherwise be able.
I hope Bama goes to Dallas, LA, ATL, Nola, Miami, and Houston. That would cover all their bases.

True. Ohio St had much more to lose, since they seem to have the best cold weather program.

I bet you start seeing a team from each conference host a satellite camp in a partnership type situation.
A&M/UCLA/Miami/Maryland up next please.

Why do these camps need multiple teams to run them?
But, most important, is that this camp will be held in Ft. Worth, Texas, right outside Dallas.
But, I haven't read or heard anything official about this yet.

Harbaugh will regret the day he loosed Saban and Meyer on these camps.

That would be a cool camp to attend as a player.

This satellite shite is gonna be a nightmare for the NCAA to try and police. The SEC conference didn't ban this type of shite for no reason.
Where are they gonna get that many whores to make the kids happy at night?

I would add the mid-Atlantic area to your list. Underrated area in terms of talent.

That and very few high caliber players want to leave the South to play in the North. The climate is much less agreeable in Michigan then it is in Florida or Alabama.

You're right, Harbaugh, and Michigan, do not rely solely on in state, but the majority of their roster is still from Michigan. What I'm saying is, what if Saban, among others, decides to hold a camps in Columbus, OH and Detroit, MI? Alabama's recruiting budget is absurdly big, so they could definitely make this happen fairly easily. Do Harbaugh and Urban Meyer really want Saban holding a camp right in the middle of their recruiting territory? The south is already more appealing for kids. I don't think they want to give coaches like Saban even more access to the north.

They will probably hire all the out of work MILF teachers that have been fired for sleeping with students. Seems to be plenty of those nowadays.
