Both won a championship at Florida but I think that Leak was under appreciated. Have never really understood the Tebow hype. It might just be me but I've always like Leak more.

Leak is a very underrated QB at UF. It's because all fans wanted Tebow from the get go. I remember Leak sliding short on a third down to avoid a hit at UT in the second half. Then 4th and inches they put Tebow in and converted. Uf went on to win 21-20.
But to say you weren't impressed by Tebow as a college football player is laughable. He was dominate and made some plays and games that you used to only see on the Xbox.

Tebow is a legend, and deservedly so. Leak maybe didn't get the credit he deserved, but to put him in the same category as Tebow is misguided.
IIRC the knowck on Leak was that his skills didn't translate to the next level. Tebow's obviously didn't either, so that's a wash.
Would still loved to have seen what Tebow could've done as a TE or a LB.

Leak may be under appreciated because of his time with Zook, but I don't know anyone who doesn't like him.
That said, Tebow is on another level. Tebow has more rushing TD's than any player in SEC history, and is 4th all time in passing TDs. He has one fewer than Peyton Manning in nearly 400 fewer attempts.

Do you have an example of people you know that don't care for leak? Orrrrr...did you read about booing or excessive cheering?
