TAMU had 1 more yard rushing than Fournette had in carries

Fournette could have averaged 1 YPC and done as well as TAMU did vs Alabama.
Fournette - 31 carries
TAMU- 32 rushing yards
So the question is what's worse, Aggy run game or Aggy run D? Because both looked like hot garbage.

Their offensive philosophy isn't made for a running game. It doesn't help that their offensive line is hot garbage. A&M will do great against spread teams because they practice against one but when they face a power team they'll fold.

Simple observation when looking at the box score and team stats.
Fournette could have averaged 1.1 yard per carry and out rushed the entire Aggy offense

I would go with the run defense being worse as it is put together than is pulling in some serious jack

Little Brother doesn't really need to win with a physical rushing attack. That's so 2005-2010. They do it solely by accepting His Chavisness as their Lord and personal savior and by having 4-5 receivers on the field at all times. They are reinventing SEC football, they don't have time for all that boring run-game stuff.

LSU will need Harris and the WRs to keep improving to beat Bama. They've made significant strides the last 2 games. I think LSU is better this year but Saban does out coach Les often.

LSU can win the Bama game just by playing good on D. Stop the run and force Coker to throw the ball.
