So, I have been thinking about recent Rant events and it got me thinking.

Do people believe that a greater leap in player development is made from years 1-2, 2-3, or years 3-4?

Also, in this leap would you say that elite talent peaks at a certain point?

1-2... It isn't close... Physical and mental maturation is huge after the 1st year

Different for different players, but for most it is between years 1 and 2.

When Fournette and Harris are in front of the cameras it's night and day from last year. That starry eyed freshman look is totally gone. Hell, Fournette looks like a 3 year pro already.
