Eddie Lacy is tGOAT Bama back. Yeldon is a second rounder IMO. Wouldn't surprise me to see someone like the Raiders take him.

Only first round worthy RB this year is Melvin Gordon.

TJ Yeldon will eventually be a better NFL running back than he was a CFB running back, but it's unlikely he goes in the 1st round. Running backs rarely go in the 1st round anymore.

2nd-3rd round, IMO.

I think he would fit great in a zone-blocking scheme offense like Denver, IYAM.

The best RB prospects barely make it into the first round these days. There will probably be no more than 3 taken in Rd 1.

I am betting under 3 in the first

I think he's a 3rd rounder

He's a real talent, but to a limited market. Running Back is already a position losing value every year, and Yeldon is an excellent third down back but taking him as an every down back at the pro level would be a risk. I would think he's second round, and wouldn't be shocked if he goes to the third.

jeremy hill was late second rounder and was up for OROY. I doubt he goes second rounder..may be 3-4

What does JHill being a second rounder have to do with TJ?

Gurley would be if it wasn't for the knee injury. Wouldn't suprise me to see him taken in the 20's though.

Tj will do well in the NFL, see him going in the 3rd.

I disagree, I would put Indiana's Coleman above Melvin

Not like Yeldon has baggage like Stat Rape chargers or assault charges following him either

3rd Rounder. He's a solid RB.

I wouldn't touch a Wisconsin running back anywhere near the 1st round.

PJ Hill? Montee Ball (drafted in 2nd round)? Ron Dayne (drafted in 1st round)? James White (drafted in 4th round)? John Clay? Brian Calhoun (drafted in 3rd round)? What do they all have in common? They all DO suck, or DID suck, in the NFL. Busts galore.

I would not draft any RB in the first round ever again and I would have to give serious thought to a second rounder. Too many better positions to draft higher than a RB unless the pro game changes a lot.
