Dial from Alabama a few years back did the same to a tiny little Mizzou player, he got flagged. If a ref was around I think he would've been flagged as well.

Seems excessive. Guy was outside of the club on the street, not sure his "bouncer" responsibilities extend that far and require suplexing a dude on the pavement.
He's opening the club up for a lawsuit.

In other news, Jalen Hurts, Danny Etling, and Sean White were all involved in similar incidents. Refs were flown in to see if the bouncers in those cases could be charged with roughing the passer, but had to leave after video from the 2016 season proved that none of them could reasonably be called "passers."
