On SEC media days. Sorry Sumlin, that isn't going to fix that problem for you.

Just heard him say he needed to understand it better. Not going to do much good since you now own it and LSU's style is changing a bit.

It might, I always heard LSU was good at beating themselves.

Chavis has a mental block against the best team in the SEC West, so don't expect to win the SEC with him at the helm any time soon.

It does add something to the game though. It is a border war, IMO.

Except when they've played USCe.

I'm looking for it, but I just don't see it. McFarland said it best yesterday, coaches don't play.

Couldn't help but laugh at his "recruiting battle" with LSU comment.

Recruiting Battle Wins

A&M: 1 < LSU: all the others

Agreed. I started a thread not that long ago about my thoughts on A&M. Chavis isn't the answer. He might make the defense a little better at least, but we will see.

Chavis owes Malzahn a Hallmark card for not rolling up 100 last season. Have fun with him.

Your current DC almost legitimately had 100 rolled up on him in the last game he coordinated ICYMI

Never seen a coach go from "genius level" to "average" so fast.
