Name is not changing but that's what it is - affiliations are changing.

Wish we had more bowl affiliations with the Big 12 and less with the Big 10.

Agreed.
We also need at least one bowl tie-in against the Pac12. I'd be ok with dropping the Cap1 tie-in against the B1G in order to face Pac12 #2 or #3 in Texas or Arizona.
