All we've gotten thus far is that he injured his elbow and his status is in limbo. The feedback from media and the coaching staff didn't exactly sound good last night.
ETA: Just before he went down, he had been taken out due to some rib issues too. No idea if that played into any of it either. I wouldn't be surprised if he's out for the next game.

Stoops said something to the effect of he could be out awhile, but they were waiting for further evaluation. He was in a lot of pain when it happened. It didn't look good.

No. It was due to off-the-field stuff.

As long as he's back for Louisville, I'll be happy. Boom is one of my favorite RBs. He may not be the best in the SEC (that's a tall order anyway) but damn he has an iron will and some great tools as a runner. Also, when he gets in his groove, he's pretty amazing.
