State fans, would you guys want Croom back at this point?

I think most outsiders looking in all agree that Croom was/is a better coach than Dan. Dan has done some good things for state but he has clearly reached his ceiling at 5 to 7 wins a year and has never beaten a ranked team. Croom wasn't as flashy but he did beat several sec west teams and recruited better than Dan. Would y'all take him back at this point?

You also have to look at the SEC when Croom was there. The SEC in general was down and not nearly as good top to bottom. Croom may not have ever won a game in today's SEC.
