Thinking about making the trip this weekend, and was wondering if Miss state has anything like Tigerland for after the game?

Don't listen to these jokers who wouldn't know a good time if it slapped a dick in their face.

The Cotton District is solid with good places to eat and drink. There are other spots of 'nightlife' but that is your best bet.

The best place to eat in the area is Anthony's in West Point. Absolutely incredible food and probably the best bread I've ever had.

Go to bulldog bash on friday night, tailgate in the junction on sat, and walk to the cotton district after the game. If you don't enjoy yourself, you have issues.

I seriously don't get the hate for Starkville. Just because it's not as chock full of cool shite as Athens or Nashville doesn't mean it's a bunch of fricking cow fields.

If you can't have a rad-arse time in ANY SEC town, you're a stick in the mud.

I actually agree. Went last year and had a good time on Friday night. Was fun on Saturday up until about the end of the 1st Q. I just wish the game would have been later in the day. Those early day kickoffs suck.

Was a great time and we will be back.
