No one knows the full story. He tested negative for both drugs and alcohol. Rumor has it that he had an adverse reaction to a recent shoulder surgery but it's all very vague. Could be anything really. I know the rant is designed to troll, but out of respect for TT, is it too much to ask to lay off?

I assume he can transfer to AU.
Charles Manson could transfer to Auburn if he could play ball.

So he may not be transferring? Just withdrawing from school to get stuff straight and will enroll in summer and play in fall I guess.
Is that a possibility, or has he said he's transferring?

No one knows at this point but he can still come back to UGA in the summer and bust his arse in the classroom and play again in the fall.

This young man wasn't arrested for breach of the peace or public intoxication, which would have likely happened if he was under the influence of a narcotic for which he did not have a prescription. I hope he gets whatever help, be it therapeutic or physical, that he needs.

ala Arden Key, I take it. Hope both get whatever they're dealing with taken care of and get back on the field this fall.

There has been no mention of any transfer. He would probably just sit out this year and go pro if he can't play this season.

While there's no word that he's transferring, we don't know for sure that he'll be back. All we know is he's withdrawn from school. Just a strange situation.
I certainly want to see him return because he's a great player, but I hope he's able to take care of his physical and/or mental health because he genuinely seems like a good dude.

AJC reports that he has a blood pressure issue which im guessing may have caused an adverse reaction with his meds. Also taking the firing of Rocker vey hard; basically a surrogate father for him.
Kid is in a lot of pain right now. Y'all need Jesus if you're going to sit there and chastise him while he's going through a tough time in his life

Charles is old.
I don't think he has enough athleticism to make it in SEC

With his size and mass, two Oxies is nothing. I'm nowhere near his size and could scarf them like candy when I had surgery a while back.
If it's a legitimate medical issue, though, this really sucks for him. Wonder if it was something the team doctors had cleared before and it took a turn for the serious?

That's the part that sounds odd. I seriously doubt Smart wouldn't cover his scholly if he had to leave for medical reasons. Why drop out of school completely?

Sounds like he has a variety of issues to deal with both mentally and physically. I can see why he took the semester off now.
