Because they use up less success juice during college than BAMA players.

More LSU players are better in NFL but why can't LSU do better than Bama in CFB then?

That's actually alright considering you have a list close to that number of all the failed QB's Bama has tried to put in the league in the Saban era

Point is every school puts out players who go on to have NFL success and some who bust. The percentages are pretty uniform.
