Question for the non-A&M/LSU fans here. You get to pick one to help your team win games. Who are you going with?

@ LSU-level reading comprehension.

Mathieu for me and it isn't close. Dude was good for 1 defensive/special teams touchdown per game and sparked the entire team. IMO he's directly responsible for our SEC championship that year.
I will say, having JFF during 21-0 would have definitely tipped the scales...but then again Miles would still be calling the plays. Not even JFF could overcome that.

If we're talking NFL games I'm definitely not picking Manziel.

Where are you seeing this?
He played 26 games and had 2 total TDs. Please correct me if I am wrong

This is why I called you out in the first response. Because you would then fight anyone who disagrees.
Predictable 7.

LOL. As this thread is about to break down and violate the terms the OP stated, I'll vote JF before it becomes an insult match.

Absolutely Manziel. Not because I'm taking a position on who was better in some objective sense, but because a top QB, especially a running one when you don't have a great corp of skill players, has a far more disproportionate effect on the outcome of a game than even the best DB.

Posting stats to correct is fighting?

Your title clearly indicates you should not get involved.

That stat is wrong. He had waaaaaay more than 2 tds.

He had two ST touchdowns and a number of defensive TDs (maybe 4 IIRC). He also had another fumble he forced and recovered and returned to the 1. We scored on the next play.

Man, there are some butthurt LSU fans downvoting people. Skin doesn't get much thinner than this.

LSU people did jump in first, to be fair, and as this is the best thread he's ever started, I vote we see where the non Tigers/Aggies take it.
