Speaking of Butch Jones, his one hour coaches show is a waste .

Little to nothing about the game of the week, all sunshine pumping all the time and propaganda. I wanted to see what he had to say about the Alabama game and hardly anything was said at all.

Bear Bryant I have to say had a hell of a show in his day. Open up the Golden Flake chips and drink Cokes, and every single play from the previous days game was shown and in some cases replayed with commentary from The Man himself.

The UT Coach's show has a tradition of being a wasteful hour of over the top sunshine pumping with unnecessary production value. Its a show that thinks it so much more important than it is. Coach's shows are a thing of the past but UT seems content with making their HC waste his time on a Sunday morning to come in a do it.

Jones spent several minutes breaking down 15 yard gain today.

I had never watched it before and that's time I can never get back. I don't see why even a UT fan would bother with it.

Seriously ... I've noticed that. Clemson and UT have that in common.

Yeah, it kinda sucks.

The Johnny Majors show was great. Half the time he was still drunk and would straight tell it like it was

Ok, I'm a Tennessee fan and I've never seen this show. How fricking pathetic does a person have to be to watch an entire hour of another team's coach?

Are you another sad sack like cajunbama? Have you ever seen a vagina irl?

Stupid Traffic Cones. I turned it on this once wanting to see what your coach had to say about the asskicking you just endured, and he did what Viles do.

Watch your mouth Piscinin. I know people with the Clinton Campaign.

As for Vols and Shaft? WTF?..anyway can you read boy? I said I had never watched it before and I assure you I won't watch that pile of Smokey Crap again.

Different sponsors but Majors and Fulmer both had that format.

I wish you hadn't posted this because it reminded me of seeing POS Ed Ogeron on a Sunday show when he was on Kiffin's staff in 2009.

Shouldn't be a problem. They contract everything out to Mossad.

I'll agree this week's show was disappointing. What were they going to show? Our linemen getting beat every play?

I typically think they do a good job. Erik Ainge does a good job breaking down the Xs and Os.

My favorite segments tend to be with the nutritionalist and the strength coach.

Then again, I've never watched another coaches show. Do they have them?

Saban has one, highlights from the games with Eli Gold radio commentary, he makes brief remarks at the start and finish.

Nothing wrong with some features, with a one hour show Jones has plenty of time to fit them in. But damn....this was awful.

They've changed the format quite a bit. Under Fulmer - Dooley they replayed practically the entire game and broke it down. Some games it was great but most it was a waste of time.

I tend to like them breaking down most of it, because there is always 2 or 3 player that I say "what the frick were we trying to do there?" But never get an answer.

bobby petrino has the best coaches show in america. you will learn more about football than if you went to a school that literally taught you football. Dude gets really really fricking into it. I learned what a route tree was watching the bobby petrino show and why it's important to emphaise. he also admitted we had no chance at beating bama int he bama game recap without better personal / more physical WR's and Tight ends.

the aggie come back win the one with the fat waving hog fan he pretty much tells you the exact adjustments he made at half time and how he was able to get jarius wright open all 2nd half.

on atoher note the our high school basketball team pretty much copied our full court press from the rollan with nolan show. he did a great job of explaining full court press / trapping principles for man / diamond press which is what Arkansas primarily ran then and runs now

Kiffin changed it quite a bit. I never watched any that Dooley did.

Coach Fulmer used to tape the show within about two hours of the completion of the game.

He is....different. I like the positive attitude but all the "I love my players" shite wears on me. Just, I don't know.

I guess I'm used to hearing "we aren't playing with enough intensity, aight, my job is to get this team ready to play and I'm doing piss poor at it, 430 yds rushing?? We won't beat anybody like that...playing defense like shite through a tin horn."

When you have a real coach you get to hear honest shite like this.
