It is so bizarre. I've never been to a Clemson site or an ACC site. I don't understand the mindset there. And I DAMNED sure wouldn't waste my time doing either of those things if we just won a NC.

Just checked out tigernet for the first and last time.
Why is there more discussion about SCAR and the SEC than your conference foes? And it's not even close. Oh, and y'all really let Finebaum upset you. Thats just as sad.

Because their entire existence is premised upon beating South Carolina in football. They still see South Carolina as that aristocratic institution in the 1870's whose supporters wanted to prevent Clemson College from being chartered by the General Assembly. It's mind boggling. Find some Clemson fans and talk to them about South Carolina. They literally cannot say one thing positive about the University of South Carolina. It's they suck, their fans suck, Columbia sucks, Five Points sucks, the Vista sucks. If you're a South Carolina fan, you go to school in Columbia, where there are Carolina and Clemson fans. If you go to school in Clemson, there aren't other fans there. You spend 4 years with no dissenting opinions. Gamecock fans are much more self deprecating and humorous than Clemson folks.

Because that's how pathetic they are. I promise you they were thoroughly more pleased with blowing is us out than beating bama for a national title. Trying to figure out Clemson fans is like figuring out the square root of pi. You see we have more competitive programs to worry about beating in the sec and they do not.

It's not just a handful of fans...the Clemson culture is strange. I've never seen a fan base this obsessed with their rival.
