South Carolina MBB was told by NCAA on Sel. Sun. that they were in NCAA Tourney

South Carolina never got the return call. Vandy got the NCAA bid and then promptly lost by 20 points to Wichita State in one of the tourney's First Four games in Dayton.

Didn't half of South Carolina's roster get suspended for robbing houses during the NIT anyway? So, in the end, wasn't it probably for the best?
