This is from The Big Spur's live game report: "BOTTOM 6 - Holmes with a leadoff walk. John Taylor coming in, who gives up a single and a walk to load the bases with no one out. Josh Adams comes up and hits a dribbler to Morales. He comes home for the force. Johnson's slide takes out Thomas. Home plate blue calls interference. That means the hitter is out as well and all runners have to go back to original bases. I will find out for sure but I think the rule is, if the catcher has the ball, you can't take him out. I don't think the issue was with where he slid but the fact that he took out the catcher. I will double check on that after the game and see what the explanation is. Basically, if that play was at second, it would be fine. But they try to protect the catchers so that's the reason for the out. Taylor gets nine-hole hitter Powers swinging to end the inning. Major bullet dodged. 3-3 still."

Great series win for the Cocks. We need to keep this thing rolling! The SEC East is ridiculously good this year with Carolina, Florida, and Vandy all being in the top 5.
