Johnny jones somehow beat him last year so it's okay. Maybe Cal can beat us so bad we'll fire Jones like we should have last year after our Simmons debacle

Good - good for the SEC in general to have that guy at Kentucky.

Congrats, you're the best team in the worst conference in the Power 5. Hold on, Texas A&M is better than UK

Johnny took the guaranteed #1 and coached him possibly out of that pick.

With a split regular season title and a loss to UK in the SEC Championship Game?

Cool.

Skal was rated higher and struggled to even start.

He's the only guy keeping Kentucky from turning into auburn: bad at all sports.

Lap it up uk fans. Complete irrelevance is coming sooner than later!

Baw, no one ever claimed Skal the next Lebron...Skal still maybe top 10 pick. Hard to believe.

Who cares? Cal is becoming less dominant by the day

do y'all want him there for 10-15 more years? i do see the occasional ky fan who isn't that taken with him. he's a good coach but he's not the saban of basketball or anything- at least in my mind. that's not meant to be an insult but i'm sure it will be taken that way.

There was a certain rich man that had many fields and grain to last him for years. So the man said to himself, I will tear down my grain barns and build bigger ones.

With all due respect, they just had a 'down year' where all they did was tie for the SEC regular season title and win the SEC tournament.

It was 'down' because they failed to make the final four for the second time in the last six years.

Saying Cal is becoming less dominant sounds a lot like what other people said about Saban after the 2014 season - wishful thinking.
