Where does the Jizz Jar thing come from? I'm serious I didn't know if there was some incident that it came from?

Some bitter female cadet who washed out claimed that it was a ritual done by cadets. (More speficially done with horses) She gave that fable to Paul Burka, who loves writing (s)hit pieces on A&M for Texas Monthly.

It was something that was tossed around (SWIDT?) among the t-sips on their message boards; and like everything else that's bantered around there, it eventually made its way over here to the sycophantic, giggling school girls 
I hold multiple degrees from Texas A&M.
I've lived in B/CS for years.
I've been a drunk student there, and I've been on faculty.
The jar thing is just about the oddest, most bizarre rumor I've ever seen the sips perpetrate--and they've latched on to some doozies.
At this point, it makes me chuckle.
