Nutt filed a defamation lawsuit against ole miss and evidently his legal team used the foia to get his phone records which led to this coming (pun intended) out.

Yes, it truly is- I wonder if Nutt suggested it himself. I guess you can say he learned from his previous incident.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit if it was Nutt's idea, lol. I could see that being his first idea too...."I called that foi, brother!"

Nutt requested Freeze phone records of a certain 6 day period. In that 6 days they found 1 call of Freeze to an escort service. Freeze said it was a misdial. They were buying that then they went digging more and found a "pattern." They didn't want to go into more details about the "pattern". Told Freeze either resign or be fired. Freeze resigned. He is getting no buyout money.
