little early for a guy that hasnt coached a game keep hoping uf doesnt find an offene that can make yours look like complete shite aka the gator offense under muschamp

thats all les is a more likeable muschamp he always cuffs the oc and makes him call bitchmade pussy boy plays and throw 3rd down if we have to

uf and lsu have been just as awful on offense recently you run it better thats it but passing your a frickin joke we got hope for change and it is coming whether you can take it or not

We actually could have had him, but we went with Kiffin.

I honestly think that if Jones doesn't work out, UT will finally crack open the Tennessee bank to get an established top tier coach. Hart knows his fate is tied to the fate of the football program, and Hart isn't as stupid as Mike Hamilton.

Why do we think Gary Patterson would leave the juggernaut he built to go to Knoxville, where coaches have been fired on a bi-annual basis since Phillip was told to GTFO? The question is serious. Is it money? He's had big offers before.

Time for Johnny Majors' protégé to finally come home after Butch has loaded the roster with talent.

Are you talking about which respected coaches you are going to ask the opinion of before you hire your mid-major nobody?

So...why would Patterson enter the same situation that Saban did when he went to Bama? Same reason...dump truck load of money.

Saban was bailing out of the mess he created in Miami. Patterson would be leaving a place that has finished higher than UT for almost a decade. They aren't really comparable if you are being objective.

Whats scary is the Volunteers actually are stocking the shelves pretty deep. Once they get a legitimate coach, shite could get real.

We could have had Gary Patterson.

When Fulmer got fired he interviewed with Mike Hamilton.

He left and went back to Texas thinking he had the job. He told his assistants, "we'll be wearing orange next year."

Hamilton hired Lane Freakin' Kiffin.

When Butch was hired people questioned if he could recruit in the SEC.

Now that he has recruited well in the SEC, the narrative has changed to can he coach.

What will be the narrative next year?

Tennessee could be a really good team this year and still go 8-4. they are loaded with youth.

for that reason butch has to get next year.

Tennessee doesn't need to make the mistake of pulling the trigger too soon.
