I hope every player the barn has leaves. Nobody should have to play at that joke of a school. Props to JJ for trying to get the hell out of there.

Just embarrassed that the greatest college football program in the country has to "share" the state with a damn cow pasture.

He already tried playing at LSU and it was a disaster.
No.

I've never seen a quarterback look more scared in a secure pocket.

He looks like Brodie Croyie under pressure. Assuming the fetal position and all.
Brodie Croyle played in the NFL for a few seasons... completely unremarkable seasons, but still played.

No doubt, but then you look at what a player like Blake Sims did after working with a QB specialist in the off season (which Gus does not allow), it makes you wonder what might happen with JJ.
I believe youre onto something. you have to look no further than JJ's terrible footwork on all his overthrows. a legit qb coach could fix that in about 5 minutes. Gus better either learn to develop a qb, hire someone who can or check his ego and let them train with outsiders or this will be his downfall.

Yes, I was terrified of a quarterback that can't throw it past the line of scrimmage.

Johnson is leaving for safety reasons, he almost got hurt yesterday sliding around on that greasy field.

I find this odd since Gus rode Mustain's back to the college level.
Mustain spent his summers working with David Lee while in junior high and HS (Lee was with the Cowboys at the time).
Gus threw a fit when Lee was being brought to Arkansas by Nutt to work with the QBs, mainly Mustain (Gus coached WRs) and talked Mustain into transferring before he left for Tulsa.
Odd.
