You pull a SR linebacker from Oregon State who led the team in tackles. He is eligible to play this upcoming season. Amazing how they get transfers from other schools the past 6 or 7 years at that rate.

They see Oxford and find out Oregon doesn't compare. No brainer.

A). Kid probably wanted to start in the SEC. Who wouldn't? He basically shows up and is a starter at a top 15 school. Not a bad gig.

B). You sound totes jelly.

Checklist of things he probably wanted:

1. Start at an SEC school? Check
2. Boatloads of cash? Check
3. Unlimited access to white girls? Check
4. Rustle every Mississippi state fans jimmies? Check

Did you do any research?
Of course not. You lazy, salty, little pissant.

We whiffed on linebackers in recruiting so after signing day we started looking Juco/ and grad transfer.

Maggeo wanted a winning season and to play in SEC as he has been quoted.

He was tired of the losing at Oregon state and going 2-10. Leading theorem in tackles with like 89

Oregon st. Who's head coach left for Nebraska ... The man who recruited him?... And he committed to play for

A guy with draft aspirations wants to get more visibility. So you think he wants to stay at Oregon state and play for a terrible team.
Not come to ole miss and start immediately in the best conference and most watched conference ?

But no we paid him to come is the more logical reasoning..

So, he started on a 2-10 team? Maybe he was part of the problem there.

In fairness, before last season, Oregon State was winning at a level closer to what Ole Miss historically wins at.

Your other points are legit.

You fail to mention the coach who recruited and signed him left, as did many other players because no one likes their new coach. Just another daily OM obsession thread.

Ole miss knows it's on short time.
