In 1998 UT started the season 10th, this year they're like 25th right?
Going by the data you've selected, looks like we can look forward to UT finishing ranked around 16th.

You are right. Since '98, Tennessee has only won their division 3 times (as compared to Arkansas winning theirs nearly every year since then).
