So a few reputable bama insiders were saying that Sark was involved in the half time adjustments against Auburn.. and that shite hit the fan after that game..
What are the repercussions for a violation of that kind?

I'm guessing that the line between "assisting with adjustments" and "analyzing what is going on from the press box" is pretty muddled in terms of violation/non violation. I'm guessing he told somebody in the box the things he saw and that was relayed down by someone who goes to the locker room at halftime. I'm sure he didn't come down to the locker room and start drawing stuff up on a board with players around.
But who knows.

With Trump as the new president there are no repercussions; only winning.

His job is an analyst. He can interact with coaches...not coach players on the field.
Ie, he was doing his job.
Job description.

Analysts cant be involved in any decisions during a game. Rules are pretty clear

Repercussions of doing his job? He's an analyst. That's what he does. He just can't interact with players during games.

Who is to say he was involved in making a decision? He surveyed the opposing defenses reaction to things and noted their tendencies. Now, if someone took that information and used it to make a decision or used it to come up with a suggestion for a decision to a decision maker, where does that fall in the rules?
He clearly wasn't interacting with players or "making tactical decisions".
That's what I mean by "grey area".

As an analyst he can't even assist in making halftime adjustments. I guess he really was involved in it given the attitude in this thread REC gonna REC

Again, what is the line between analyzing and assisting in making tactical decisions? Because I'm guessing we (our staff, program people) know exactly where that line is and had Sark do everything he could to analyze before he hit the "assist" line.
It isn't black or white. As long as he sits in the box with the tape over the microphone and doesn't directly tell somebody to take his notes down to Saban it's pretty much up to interpretation.

In the coaches meeting in the locker at halftime:
Sark: "Coach..."
Saban: "Yes"
Sark: "Tell Kiffin to stop throwing behind the LOS and run the ball."
Saban: "Yep"
No violation whatsoever.

I think you're being obtuse intentionally.
If I make observations during a game and you use that information to make a decision by definition I assisted you.
