Yeah we refuse to play B12 teams, except for 2 of the last 3 years. But we aren't playing a B12 team in 3 out of 4 years?! We must be scared!

Why you making things up? We were selected by a better bowl and that bowl didn't want a 7-5 big 12 team that doesn't travel

Wait a minute... We've played 2 big 12 teams in the last 3 years. Why would we want to play in a lesser bowl against Texas Tech? What about that would be inviting to a fan?

I am finding it hard to be upset that we are in the better of the two bowl games playing someone we've not played many times.

The refused to play Texas last year.

It all comes down to backing up that big aggy talk of WRTS, they won't because they can't.

Texas bowl has a bigger payout vs a 7-5 team that played in a better conference than another 7-5 team. In fact Louisville and TTU resumes are strikingly similar.

And next year we will refuse to play Baylor then TCU then start it all over again. We only play non Texas Big 12 teams.

if payout determines the worth of a bowl then you are saying that last year a 6-6 Arkansas team got the better bowl against a 6-6 Texas team in the Texas Bowl over LSU at 8-4 and Notre Dame at 7-5 in the Music City.

I find it funny that all the texas teams want to play us again when they all said they'd boycott us after we left. Have fun stopping Radio and LSU's D line. Tech gonna get wrecked, and they mad.

We will go to NashVegas and have a great time! I am very excited we don't have to play in Houston again.

News break, no you were not. The SEC decides which teams go where in the group of 6.

quote:

After SEC teams are slotted in the CFP and the Citrus Bowl makes its choice, the SEC will decide which teams go to the Texas, TaxSlayer, Liberty, Outback, Music City and Belk bowls. Bowls and schools may state their preferences, but the conference office has the final say.

Yes, Nashville definitely better.

ACC is not better than Big 12 this year. I haven't even seen that argued one time all season in print, online, or on the TV.

You are going to your bowl game because LSU went there last year, period. I know the SEC is notorious for slighting teams when it comes to bowl pecking order, but just know this year's A&M team wasn't given any preferential treatment.

I expect your most memorable moment to be the video of Sumlin being helped back to his Nashville hotel room.

So let me get this straight. First it was we were afraid to play anyone from the BDF in a bowl game. In our first 3 years in the SEC we stomp 2 BDF teams in bowl games. Now the narrative is we are afraid to play any TEXAS BDF teams?

Keep moving those goalposts.

funny considering the ACC has better OOC wins than the Big 12.

Nashville didn't want LSU again

That's the only reason
